I normally do not write reviews. However, my experience with Mr. Regar was so superior that I am compelled to do so. I was involved in a serious auto accident and as a result of the accident, I suffered a very painful back injury. The physical evidence and the other drivers admission of guilt left no doubt that I was fault-free in the accident. The challenge was getting proper indemnity from the insurance companies. To complicate matters, there were three separate insurance policies associated with the accident. In addition, the vehicle damage did not reflect the seriousness of the impact. I was driving a SUV, which sits higher than a typical car, and the other party was driving a low profile import vehicle. Much of the impact went underneath my vehicle. To complicate matters even worse I had suffered an injury to my back a few months before the accident, I knew there was no way I could get a satisfactory settlement from the insurance companies without professional help. I researched attorneys on the internet and fortunately discovered Barry Regar. Mr. Regar reviewed my medical documents and the physical evidence. There was no question I was injured from the accident but getting the insurance companies to pay was another matter. Barry got to work right away and ordered all my medical and insurance records and information. I was impressed how well he understood the medical procedures and prescriptions that were prescribed for me. Armed with my information, Mr. Regar contacted the insurance companies and started the long arduous task of negotiating with them. Barry is a very experienced, skillful and tough negotiator. Mr. Regar was very honest and respectful in considering my injury complaint. He advised me to wait for awhile before proceeding with a suit and told what to do. However, with a previous injury he handled the suit expeditiously negotiating with the involved parties to provide me with a satisfactory solution and compensation.
